
This fully automated microbial fermentation system is a turnkey integrated platform designed for aerobic and anaerobic cultivation of bacteria, yeast, fungi and engineered strains, widely applied in the production of amino acids, organic acids, enzymes, biopolymers, probiotics, biopesticides and bio-based raw materials.
The fermentation vessel and process piping adopt electropolished sanitary stainless steel, supporting automatic in-place SIP sterilization and CIP cleaning to avoid cross-contamination. Equipped with high-precision online sensors for pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, tank pressure, exhaust gas composition and liquid level, the system realizes closed-loop real-time regulation of agitation speed, aeration rate, back pressure, cooling/heating and nutrient feeding.
Central PLC control architecture supports custom fermentation strategy programming, automatic feeding of carbon sources, nitrogen sources and antifoam agents, unattended long-cycle operation, full-process data trending, automatic alarm interlock and fault protection. All operation logs and batch data are permanently stored with complete audit trails, facilitating production tracing and quality consistency control.
Adopting modular skid-mounted layout, the system finishes complete FAT inspection before delivery, greatly reducing on-site installation and commissioning workload. Flexible volume scaling covers lab strain screening, pilot process optimization to large-scale industrial continuous fermentation. It can be seamlessly connected with subsequent clarification, concentration and separation equipment, forming a full closed biomanufacturing workflow, delivering stable repeatable fermentation performance and lowering manual operation costs for biochemical factories.
