
Our custom microbial fermentation skid systems feature fully integrated automated control architecture, tailor-engineered to match unique strain characteristics, fermentation processes and factory layout requirements. Each skid adopts compact modular frame assembly, sanitary stainless steel process piping, on-board sensors for pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, pressure and liquid level, together with automated feeding, antifoam addition, gas mixing, sampling and CIP/SIP cycles.
Independent PLC control system delivers unattended batch operation, real-time data recording, trend curve display and abnormal alarm interlock protection. Fully standardized control logic supports seamless docking with MES and central plant control platforms. Customizable vessel volume, agitation configuration, aeration capacity and auxiliary unit layout accommodate aerobic & anaerobic fermentation for bacteria, yeast and fungi. The whole skid is pre-assembled, pre-wired and pre-tested before delivery, drastically shortening on-site installation, commissioning and validation cycles, ideal for bio-fermentation raw materials, enzyme preparations, organic acids and bio-based chemicals pilot and commercial production.
