Each skid adopts a compact frame-mounted modular layout, integrating sanitary process vessels, precision sensors, low-pulsation delivery pumps, multi-way valve manifolds and complete automation control into a single pre-assembled unit. Wetted surfaces use electropolished 316L stainless steel with seamless orbital welding, supporting automated CIP and SIP cycles and passing full E&L testing, fully compliant with cGMP and global data integrity regulations.
The product series covers medium & buffer preparation skids, bioreactor control skids, clarification skids, multi-step chromatography purification skids, TFF ultrafiltration/diafiltration skids and sterile bulk transfer skids. Built-in control systems follow ISA-88 batch automation standards, supporting recipe storage, unattended automatic operation, real-time parameter closed-loop adjustment and automatic peak fraction collection. Full electronic batch records and immutable audit trails are generated to meet FDA, EMA and NMPA filing and inspection requirements.
All skids complete full FAT testing at the factory before shipment, minimizing on-site piping, wiring and installation work and greatly shortening commissioning and validation cycles. Individual modules can be freely combined, expanded or reconfigured according to production scale, enabling seamless scale-up from lab process development, pilot trials to full commercial manufacturing. The modular architecture also facilitates future production line expansion and process upgrade, serving as a flexible, cost-effective core equipment platform for long-term therapeutic protein industrial production.
