Recently, Sino Bioengineering completed a high-standard and high-intensity Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). The client team from a well-known European pharmaceutical enterprise visited our company. From April 15 to April 28, 2026, they conducted an in-depth joint two-week test with our project implementation team on the to-be-delivered bioreactor system, medium preparation system, buffer preparation system and other related systems.
The successful completion of this FAT marks that Sino Bioengineering’s delivery capability in the field of high-end pharmaceutical equipment and system integration has once again gained full recognition from international clients.
PART 01
Strict Standards, Thorough Inspection
The FAT lasted for two weeks, covering multiple weekends. Working closely with our technical, quality and project personnel, the client team conducted item-by-item and repeated inspections on relevant equipment and systems in accordance with international standards and bilateral technical agreements. The testing scope covered multiple dimensions including equipment functionality, process compatibility, operational stability, automatic control system response, data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Faced with extremely stringent technical requirements and inspection procedures, the Sino Bioengineering project team responded calmly. All test comments raised by the client were carefully recorded and promptly followed up. After days of intensive work, all test items were successfully passed, and the equipment performance fully complied with design specifications and the client’s project requirements.

During the FAT, the two teams not only completed comprehensive acceptance at the technical level, but also conducted detailed alignment on subsequent packaging, shipment, on-site installation, commissioning and validation work.
