1. Core Structure & Working Principle
The line adopts a modular linkage design, with each functional unit (feeding module, cleaning module, sterilization module, filling-stoppering-capping module, inspection module, labeling module) connected seamlessly. Controlled by a PLC touch screen system, it achieves synchronous operation of all modules, ensuring continuous and efficient production with minimal manual intervention. Cleaning & Sterilization: Two-stage cleaning (high-pressure purified water flushing + medical-grade air blow-drying), tunnel high-temperature sterilization (180-250℃) equipped with HEPA high-efficiency filter to ensure vial sterility.
Precision Filling & Nitrogen Flushing: Equipped with precision piston or peristaltic filling pump, with double nitrogen flushing (purity ≥99.999%) to replace internal air, preventing oxidation of sensitive active ingredients.
Stoppering, Capping & Inspection: Automatic stoppering (compatible with rubber stoppers) and capping (aluminum cap/flip-off cap) with tightness detection; vacuum or pressure leak testing to automatically reject unqualified products.
Labeling & Coding: Automatic labeling with high positioning accuracy, laser or inkjet coding to print production date, batch number and expiration date, realizing full product traceability.
