Water for Injection (WFI) System

The multi-effect distilled water machine adopts the dry distillation method. Its uniquely configured impurity separation system includes falling film flash evaporation, 180° reverse gas-liquid gravity separation and high-efficiency centrifugal spiral separation. It can continuously, reliably and completely remove pyrogens and particles carried by steam during high-speed centrifugal movement, ensuring that the endotoxin content in the final products (distilled water, pure steam) produced by the equipment is less than 0.01 EU/ml. Challenge tests show that the endotoxin content in the water produced by the equipment is less than 0.003 EU/ml.

Main Features and Advantages

Equipped with a specially designed device for continuous removal of non-condensable gases, which completely removes non-condensable gases from the feed water before it undergoes falling film evaporation. It meets the requirements of HTM2010 (EN285) for the content of non-condensable gases, dryness and superheat in pure steam.
High reliability and high effluent indicators: The uniquely configured impurity separation system includes falling film flash evaporation, 180° reverse gas-liquid gravity separation and high-efficiency centrifugal spiral separation. It can continuously, reliably and completely remove pyrogens and particles carried by steam during high-speed centrifugal movement. The residual liquid is discharged separately from each effect to minimize risks, ensuring that the endotoxin content in the final products (distilled water, pure steam) produced by the equipment is less than 0.01 EU/ml. The impurity removal capacity is above 4.2 log. Challenge tests show that the endotoxin content in the water produced by the equipment is less than 0.003 EU/ml.
Low consumption: Extremely low consumption of utility media (industrial steam, cooling water) and high raw water utilization rate:
-0.18-0.23 kg of industrial steam to produce 1L of WFI (Water for Injection)
-Residual liquid discharge ratio: 6%-8% (i.e., raw water utilization rate > 92%)
-The more effects (number of columns), the less cooling water consumption.
Minimum floor space: The highly integrated equipment process layout, unique column design and double expansion joint manufacturing process make the overall size and floor space of the equipment the smallest among similar products.
