
The automated chromatography system is a high-precision bioprocess platform specially designed for downstream purification of biopharmaceuticals. It is widely applied in the separation, purification, concentration and polishing of monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins, vaccines, enzymes, peptides and biological intermediates.
Constructed with sanitary 316L stainless steel pipeline and diaphragm valves, the system features low-dead-volume flow path design, fully meeting ASME BPE and GMP standards. It integrates high-precision piston pump, multi-channel online sensors for UV absorbance, conductivity, pH and pressure, as well as automatic buffer switching, column switching and fraction collection modules.
The system supports multiple chromatographic modes including affinity chromatography, ion exchange, hydrophobic interaction, size exclusion and multimodal chromatography. It enables automatic execution of process steps such as column equilibration, sample loading, washing, elution, regeneration and column storage.
Equipped with industrial-grade control software compliant with ISA-88 and 21 CFR Part 11, the platform provides user authority management, electronic signature, real-time data recording, audit trail and batch recipe management. Full-process parameter interlock and overpressure protection ensure operational safety, process repeatability and data integrity.
