It facilitates recipe-driven, unattended execution of the full purification sequence: column equilibration, sample loading, wash, elution, regeneration, sanitisation and column storage, thereby delivering consistent and reproducible purification performance throughout serial batch campaigns.
The system is operated via industrial control software engineered in compliance with ISA‑88 batch control standards and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. Embedded capabilities include role-based user access governance, electronic signature, continuous real-time data acquisition, immutable audit trails and centralized batch recipe administration. Hardwired critical process parameter interlocks and dedicated overpressure safeguarding mechanisms protect both product and capital equipment, underpinning robust process reproducibility and end-to-end data integrity across the purification lifecycle.
