This industrial high-pressure homogenizer is specially developed for efficient cell lysis and intracellular product release, widely used in E. coli, yeast, microalgae and microbial biomass disruption in plasmid DNA, recombinant protein, enzyme and biopharmaceutical raw material production lines.
The core homogenizing valve and flow channel adopt wear-resistant hygienic alloy material, with fully polished flow path structure free of dead corners, supporting online CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization, conforming to cGMP and bioprocess hygiene requirements. Through controllable multi-stage high-pressure shear, impact and cavitation effects, the equipment achieves thorough breakage of microbial cell walls and membranes, stably releasing target intracellular products while effectively protecting protein activity from excessive degradation.
Pressure adjustment range covers laboratory small trials to large-scale continuous industrial production; multiple passes can be freely set to meet different cell disruption rate requirements. Real-time pressure monitoring and overload automatic protection ensure long-term stable continuous operation, with consistent disruption efficiency batch to batch. The whole machine adopts integrated skid layout, equipped with complete automation control system, which can record running parameters in real time and form traceable batch logs, convenient for quality management and regulatory audit.
It can be seamlessly connected with upstream fermentation tanks and downstream clarification, chromatography and purification equipment to form a closed continuous production process, greatly reducing manual intervention and cross-contamination risks. Compared with ultrasonic lysis, lysozyme treatment and other methods, it features large processing capacity, low operating cost and easy scale-up, becoming the standard core equipment for industrial large-scale microbial cell disruption.
