This is an Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) project, dedicated to providing integrated engineering and production solutions for oral solid preparations. The project covers a full range of OSD products, including common oral solid products, hormone products, and penicillin-based antibiotic products, catering to the diverse needs of pharmaceutical production and market demand.
The project is designed to meet strict pharmaceutical industry standards, with a focus on ensuring the safety, stability, and consistency of all OSD products. For common oral solid products, we optimize the production process to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining product quality. For hormone products and penicillin-based antibiotic products, we place special emphasis on strict isolation and containment measures: isolation measures are adopted to prevent cross-contamination between different product types, avoid potential risks to operators, and ensure the purity of hormone and antibiotic products; containment is strictly implemented throughout the production, packaging, and storage processes to protect the product from external contamination, maintain its efficacy, and also protect operators from exposure to harmful substances in hormone and penicillin-based antibiotics, ensuring the safety of both products and personnel.
Our OSD project integrates process design, equipment integration, installation, commissioning, and qualification services, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards such as FDA cGMP and China’s pharmaceutical regulations. We provide tailored solutions based on the unique characteristics of different product types, with special reinforcement of isolation and containment control for hormone and penicillin products, ensuring that the entire production process is compliant, safe, and efficient, and laying a solid foundation for high-quality OSD production.
