Key contact components are manufactured from hygienic electropolished 316L stainless steel, with fully enclosed production layout complying with cGMP and sterile pharmaceutical production requirements. High-precision volumetric filling units achieve stable dosing accuracy with low product splashing and residue loss. Integrated laminar flow protection and closed transfer design effectively control microbial contamination risk throughout filling and sealing stages.
The whole line adopts centralized PLC automatic control, supports recipe storage for multiple bag specifications, fast format changeover, real-time operation data logging and complete audit trails, enabling seamless connection with plant MES systems. Built-in online weight checking, leak testing and defective product automatic rejection modules reduce manual intervention and improve yield rate.
Modular integrated structure undergoes full FAT testing before delivery, shortening on-site installation, commissioning and validation cycles. It satisfies both clinical trial pilot batches and large-scale commercial mass production of nutrient infusions, electrolyte solutions, drug diluents and pharmaceutical large-volume parenteral preparations.
