Product Features

Sterile Design
Magnetic stirring is adopted as the priority to ensure zero leakage. All branch valves comply with the 3D sanitary principle. Residue-free construction is implemented throughout the system, with integrated dead-leg-free valves installed at critical positions. Fully automatic CIP/SIP is configured with automatic tank pressure regulation.

Full Automation
The entire production process, including sampling, can be fully automated. It reduces manual workload and human error risks, enhances full process traceability, and facilitates audit trails.

Control System

Deeply developed based on Siemens PLC, paired with branded touch screen for intuitive HMI operation. Both PLC and DCS control options are available to realize plant-level line control. Configuration follows ISA-88 standards to support batch production control. The system is compatible with intelligent management software such as MES. It supports remote web access and web publishing functions; users can remotely monitor system status and parameters via computers, tablets or smartphones within the local area network, or through VPN-authorised public network access, ensuring convenient management while maintaining system security and confidentiality. The system fully complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for electronic signatures and audit trails, and meets global data integrity regulations.

Validation Documentation

A complete set of qualification documents including CSV is provided to ensure full lifecycle compliance covering product design, engineering implementation and operational usage.
